How long does it take to hire offshore staff?

It typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from role briefing to onboarding, depending on the complexity of the role and candidate availability. We also have pre-vetted candidates who may be ready to start sooner for certain roles.

Who manages my offshore staff day-to-day?

Your offshore team reports directly to you, just like your local team would. Meanwhile, ZigZag provides full back-office support, including HR, IT, payroll, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations. We’re here to support you and your team every step of the way.
